I joined Lost Irish Whiskey before its launch and played a pivotal role in shaping the brand's identity and commercial strategy, leading to a successful introduction in both the US, Ireland and multiple other countries. I established sales targets, pre-sale lists, and budgeting systems across multiple states, resulting in a cohesive and highly effective market entry for this innovative Irish whiskey. I fostered strong relationships with distributors in various states to incentivize and support sales goals, while also maintaining essential personal connections with both on- and off-premise accounts, with Texas consistently leading national sales since the launch.

I developed a brand advocacy program for Tullamore D.E.W across major Texas markets to influence, engage, and educate consumers, aiming to achieve a top-of-mind position in the Irish whiskey category and the overall spirits market. I implemented a sales strategy that significantly increased Tullamore D.E.W's presence in Texas, enhancing brand growth through targeted account programming and fostering sustainable relationships. I effectively managed the distributor team and internal ambassador team in local markets, resulting in an unprecedented increase in sales. Additionally, I promoted and represented the brand through various channels, with a strong emphasis on sponsorships and partnerships by coordinating events and leveraging social media and mainstream media throughout Texas.

I was responsible for driving brand advocacy at the Technological University of Dublin through a combination of events, guerrilla marketing, and strategic partnerships with university societies and clubs. I developed and implemented engaging events both on and off-premise for consumers and trade in city center Dublin, while growing and maintaining strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts to enhance brand visibility and increase sales. Additionally, I assisted with large-scale Red Bull events, including the Red Bull Soap Box, Foxhunt, and cliff diving, as well as other major events across Ireland.

Worked as part of the Beer & Cider team on a 6 month placement opportunity. Gained first hand experience of brand management over an array of brands including Peroni, Kopparberg and Miller Genuine Draft. Was part of the team that organised the House of Peroni Dublin for its first year in 2016 and multiple smaller brand activations related to The House of Peroni. Managed and organised Focus groups, sales tracking and multiple events for Kopparberg Ireland. And organised brand messaging and POS across multiple beer and cider brands.
