Eccles WwTW, shift engineer on a 2.845m diameter tunnel drive for 500+rings using trapezoidal segments and a Lovat TBM (EPB). Heywood

Rochdale UID’s, using underpinning method to sink a 20m diameter shaft, 13m deep. Role required ring build diameter, level and plumb checks, liaising with lead miner on condition of ring build, maintaining co-ordinate and level control as shaft progressed, ordering and proceeding with on-site tests of concrete quality, completing an up to date weekly plant.
