I take every experience, every failure, and every success in with great reflection to continuously set goals which benefit my own personal development. I hold my values with high regard with my actions and behaviors to encourage the same in colleagues I connect with. Though I rely on constant feedback to keep my career vision on track, I am not afraid of speaking against the grain when my core principles are challenged. I live to uplift others and lead by example through my tireless efforts and openness to tolerance when differing opinions arise. Whether it be watching over a diverse workforce at the Centre Ridge Garden Center or mediating conflict between competitive students as an Intramural Supervisor at the TCNJ Department of Recreation and Wellness, I treat every individual with the utmost respect while upholding policies and rules set out by the organization I work for. I look to carry the Leadership qualities that I've built upon through my commitments to organizations and clubs on campus such as Leadershapes's Leadership Development Program, and my role as starting goalkeeper for TCNJ's Club Soccer team, to every organization I commit myself to. I am Trustworthy and Ernest in my ability to empathize and motivate my peers to trust in their own capabilities. Alongside my devotion to organization and cohesiveness within work groups, I look to bring a confident and empowering environment the best organizations!
