I was elected onto the Division I Football Oversight Committee in the beginning of the 2020 season. Upon joining the committee I was extremely excited for the opportunities it would present me and the involvement that I now had into important decisions made by Division I football. This involvement allowed me to have input into the decisions made that would effect how the sport is played for all divisions. Not only was it an honor to be apart of these decisions, but an honor to be elected into the committee and seen as an important asset to the decision makers of the committee.

I am currently the 4 year starting QB for the University of Dayton football team. In this position I have been able to grow within the team while also learning key skills such as leadership, reliability and good communication skills. Throughout my time within the football program, I have been in a position where I have had other's look up to me and therefore have learned the importance of being professional on and off the field. I have also been voted by my teammates as one of the three captains of the team for the 2021 season. I have also been voted as a 2 leadership committee member which involves making important team decisions.

During the summer of 2017, I worked as a coach for the youth football camps that my high school held. I acted as a mentor for the young football players sharing my knowledge and helping them learn more about the game. I also helped organize the camp by sending out flyers, setting up the location of the event, and organizing all of the activities. While the camp was taking place, I worked the event as a coach while also still managing the times of each station helping it run smoothly.
