Managed a manufactured home community of 400+ sites with responsibility for property maintenance of 54 acre community. We also maintained and delivered all of the utilities to each home, Water, Sewer, Natural Gas, Electric and trash pickup. I was in charge of all maintenance of the utility system for leaks and corrosion protection. I was also certified by the City of Albuquerque as a swimming pool operator and Hiring and training of all staff members including certified life guards for the swimming pool. The community budget was approximately 2 million dollars a year with expenses of 1.4 million a year. I did a study for redevelopment of the community and using that study as a basis MHC decided to sell the property.
