Decided to outsource most of the major players in the design/engineering/manufacturing side. Interviewed, selected, and managed our Industrial Design team. Completed our first prototype and tested with successful results. Hired Chief Technical Officer to offload some engineering responsibilities and to accelerate development of the next generation products. Negotiated contracts with suppliers.Decided to outsource Branding/marketing/public relations/sales force. Engaged marketing and branding agency to produce our goggle brand.
