Key responsibilities within this role include:• Engage new retailers as soon as they have signed a contract• Involvement in client introductory specification calls• Communicating regularly with clients regarding both technical and marketing aspects of the launch process• Update internal systems to provide insights into the status of each integration• Launching programmes onto the network once integration is finished and then handing over to the account manager.• Ensuring the entire process is completed within reasonable timeframes• Monitoring the length of integrations and highlighting how this can be improved upon• Leading on the migrations of new clients from other networks. Support the training of colleagues in launch procedures:• Engage relevant staff across the business to ensure they have a chance to partake in implementation training• Keep internal documentation regarding launches up to date• Share information about number of integrations on a monthly basis. Support in general administrative tasks across the department:• Alongside the integrations role you will also be expected to provide support clients with day-today duties, such as:o Data feed and commission administrationo Weekly Reportingo Migration communicationso Affiliate Recruitmento Programme Analysiso Creative management• Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages from clients and affiliates• Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritise these effectively• Assist clients with support for ad hoc tasks and queries in an efficient manner

• Attending, following up and resolving complaints and questions from panel members, Lightspeed Research staff and third parties.• Translating texts from English to Portuguese which will be used in communications towards the panel members, e.g. on the websites and in e-mail messages.• Proofreading texts in the target language which will be used in communications towards the panel members, e.g. on the website and in e-mail messages.• Detecting fraudulent behaviour to ensure a high-quality level of research data• Carrying out personal performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation to improve the efficiency.• Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Support Team Director
