• The provision and maintenance of accurate business reports to our publisher clients and internal departments in the agreed format and to the agreed frequency.• To maintain accurate and timely publisher schedules on transactional system to support both copy management and publisher invoicing.• To maintain integrity of the data systems via all available data sources including internal and external system interfaces.• To provide an information link between Frontline and Seymour and external parties regarding schedules, product details and allocation information.• To work collaboratively with Group IS functions to support delivery of the Group’s data and reporting strategy.

• Control of the company Cash Ledger & reconciliation of the company bank accounts on a monthly basis.• Complete the company Business Measures (Profit & Loss account), which is sent out to our partners and high level managerial staff on a monthly basis. • Completion of the balance sheet reconciliation for the control accounts within the business.• Completion of the end to end carriage invoice run process.• Setting up all new titles in to our finance system.• Raising any Ad-hoc invoices & credits throughout the month.• Signing off the monthly carrier invoices & car rental invoices.

My main role as a Client Support Advisor was to collate and enter information into clients’ tax returns and give basic tax advice to those who require it. One of the biggest roles throughout the year was to call clients and offer our services for another year, offering a bespoke quote depending on the clients tax position. I also had the responsibility of looking after clients who hold “Taxsure” tax investigation insurance, dealing with the revenue in relation to S9 Enquiries, client queries and checking tax codes when necessary.
