I am a dedicated Product Manager/Business Analyst with a robust background in technical business analysis, I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences. Currently, I am leading the development of a large-scale National Booking Service that provides Pharmacist and other care boards to the tools to offer vaccines. This enable citizens conveniently book their Covid and flu vaccinations. My journey began as a Technical Business Analyst, where I gained invaluable experience in understanding complex systems, identifying user needs, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This foundation has been instrumental in my transition to Product Management, where I now oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
