Developed and implemented a strategic direction for this former $800 million direct distributor of skincare, cosmetics and wellness products to expand their presence internationally in the Asia Pacific, European and North American regions. Activities and achievements included: Creation of a strategic template to enter international markets annually, including business structure, tax positioning, real estate negotiation, product research, compliance and product registration, product pricing, marketing programs and IT support.The creation of self standing and regional business models based upon the potential and conditions within each marketplace.Led the integration of an international business model to a previously domestically focused company generating international EBITDA earnings in excess of 20%.

Led the turnaround and growth of the international businesses of this former $400 million distributor of dietary supplements and topical products.Initiated and led a focused strategic business approach to company's international markets generating over 800% growth to over $100 million in revenue in first thirty six months. Reversed a four year period of losses increasing profitability in excess of $20 million.
