A $400M global life sciences company engaged in the development, manufacture, and commercialization of medical imaging products.Responsible for all Finance/Treasury, Information Technology, and Investor Relationship activities. Led organization of 60 + individuals.• Led transformational recapitalization efforts since IPO in June 2015, whereby the company has paid down over $135 million in debt, improving its leverage ratio from 5.0x to 2.1x. In addition, initiated significant refinancing and repricing of debt, reducing interest rate by 140 basis points and generating annual savings of approximately $4 million debt service costs. Further enhanced access to liquidity by replacing an asset backed loan with a revolving credit facility.• Established credibility in the marketplace with both analysts and investors as a new Public Company, focused on transparency and consistent delivery on commitments to Wall Street. • Managed divestiture of evolving shareholder base as private equity owner divested remaining shareholder holdings through end of 2017. Results manifested in the growth of the company’s market capitalization, going from approximately $102.6 million in December 2015 to approximately $772.3 million in December 2017.• Led the divesture of multiple underperforming businesses and entered into long term supply agreements that were more accretive for the company. Initiated a nuclear medicine products contracting strategy to support predictable revenue and planned production levels, as well as the in-sourcing of manufacturing capabilities that supported gross margin improvement.
