Joint Logistics Unit - South Workshop Repair Parts Store Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with Defence and company requirements, policies and legislation.Oversee issues and receipts, general warehousing, distribution and maintenance scheduling of specialist tooling and equipment (ST&E).Warehouse configuration planning and ensuring efficient space utilisation.Initiate, coordinate, maintain and oversee optimal operational policies and procedures.Ensure all operations in warehousing, material handling and storage were conducted in accordance with Defence and Company Policy and Legislation (ESCM).Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security (WHS & SHEQ).Manage stock control and several Supply Customer Accounts (SCA’s).Direct reporting to site and regional management. Liaise with clients/dependencies, suppliers and transport companies to ensure effective service delivery.Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.Identify team members for further training in Defence Logistics and Warehousing. Receive feedback and liaise with management to monitor the quality of services provided and ensure contract requirements are met.
