• Shadowed the cross asset special situations sales and trading team -Gained exposure to the trade execution process for different products which primarily consisted of SPAC’s, convertibles, high yield debt, etc. -Managed sales distribution lists and disseminated analyst work to client base• Updated marketing materials and primers to be used by the sales force -Created the first SPAC Sponsor Book compiling the universe of current SPAC sponsor teams and their backgrounds for use by the desk. • Researched and analyzed old and new SPAC deals as they came to fruition -Research would be used to calculate discount to net asset value, and also to assess valuation and terms of third-party equity commitments, FPA, transaction support agreements, etc. -Analyzed historical SPAC deals to determine rate of returns of units, warrants, and common stock as well as the frequency of PIPE financings and the average size to decipher any relevant trends.

• Part of a team of fifteen students selected to actively manage the Marist College Greystone Equity Fund which amounts to over $200,000 of assets• Was responsible for allocating funds appropriately towards sectors equity holdings as well as researching and pitching potential additions to equity portfolio. • Prepared analyst reports detailing return criteria, investment rationale, financial analysis, DDM/DCF valuation, economic outlook, etc. on potential equity investments

• Worked on team that lead the bankruptcy effectuated restructuring and debt for equity exchange for the secured lenders of Vanguard Resources -Monitored bankruptcy court proceedings, summarized and updated team as it related to closing the transaction -Worked with senior team members to analyze and review near term liquidity forecasts and debtor in possession loan budgets • Conducted industry and specific financial research on distressed companies within the oil and gas industry -Evaluated Sanchez Energy as requiring financial restructuring and presenting a potential Chapter 11 risk. Presented research and conclusions to senior management of the firm in mid-July as a potential opportunity. Sanchez Energy subsequently filed for bankruptcy -Analyzed and researched various companies relative to restructuring alternatives as well as financial results and forecasts
