Project experience:-- Data Centre (Client-micosoft) Value 800 million – Responsible for 4 internal fit out subcontractors working in main data hall- Buchanan Wharf – Building 6 (Office Fitout) Value 10 million – Responsible for four levels ofoffice fit out including complex m&e and bespoke joinery items.- The Student Hotel, Fit Out Manager (Student Accommodation) Value 70 million – Responsiblefor the construction of 200 units of student accommodation and breakout spaces over 3 levels.- Cameron House Hotel, Site Manager (Hotel) Value 15 million – Responsible for the fit out of 30luxury hotel rooms and large carpark install.- Springside Moda, Site Manager (Residential) Value 80 million – Initially responsible for the fitof the show apartments, working closely with client and architect. After that I was responsiblefor the completion of 40 luxury apartments.- Scottish National Gallery, Site Manager (Art Gallery) Value 30 million – Responsible for thetanking / roofing package of the existing building and then moved into internal work.- Madras College, Assistant Site Manager (Education) Value 30 million – Responsible for the steel frame and concrete subcontractors initially and then move internally to manage joinerysubcontractor.- Cala - Donaldsons College, Assistant Site Manager (Residential) Value 25 million – Joined theproject near completion and was responsible for closing out all client snags prior to buildinghandover.- Edinburgh Airport Extension, Assistant Site Manager (Aviation) Value 20 million – Involved in allaspects of the build – including steelwork, concrete, façade, m&e, finishing and demolitionworks.- Wade Academy, Trainee Site Manager (Education) Value 27 million – Involved in all aspects ofthe build – including steelwork, concrete, façade, m&e, finishing and demolition works.- Viewforth High School, Trainee Site Manager (Education) Value 21 million – Involved in allaspects of the build – including steelwork, concrete, façade, m&e, finishing and demolitionworks.- Burntisland Primary School, Trainee Site Manager (Education) Value 13 million – Involved in allaspects of the build – including steelwork, concrete, façade, m&e, finishing and demolitionworks.
