I'm an AI scientist with expertise in computer vision and medical imaging. I am passionate about bringing the latest developments in machine learning to new medical imaging modalities to improve understanding of disease and enable the discovery of new drugs.I am currently working as part of a multidisciplinary team building large AI models to maximise the understanding and value of multiplex imaging.I joined AstraZeneca in 2020 as postdoctoral researcher using AI to combine histopathology and mass spectrometry imaging to study tumour heterogeneity in lung cancer. I completed a PhD in theoretical astrophysics at the world-leading Institute for Computational Cosmology. During my PhD I worked as part of international collaboration using state-of-the-art supercomputer simulations to study the nature of dark matter.
