Operations Manager at Pride Solutions. I am directly involved with the production workforce, OTD, hitting production schedule, and overall production management. I contribute to the short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. I determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees and oversee those personnel processes.

I am the Product Manager for Structural Fabrications at Hutchinson Manufacturing. My duties include:-Proactively control open orders for OTD performance.-Manage exceptions/risks jobs. -Report on "At Risk"​ jobs well in advance of scheduled completion date. -Create "Recovery Plans" to ensure late jobs get back on track. -Review scheduled hours coming from Estimating, Operations, and Pre-Production meetings for inconsistencies. -Communicate schedule, delivery, and delays to Sales Coordinators on a timely basis. I work directly with Sales, Department Managers and Operations to ensure due dates are being hit throughout the manufacturing process. I am the Voice of the Customer within manufacturing.

Supply Chain Engineer for Hutchinson Manufacturing Inc. I engage in the design, planning, execution, control and supervision of supply chain activities. My objective is to creating net value, build a competitive infrastructure, leverage logistics, synchronize supply with demand and measure performance. I am also involved with developing and implanting new suppliers to HMI. I also assist with audits of new suppliers to get them on our Approved Supplier List.

Responsible for the Fabrication, Material Handling and Receiving Departments at HMI. We have a handful of different cutting, bending and rolling machines. Including: -4000 Watt Laser-5000 Watt Plasma Torch-Plate Roll-220 ton Press Break-Vertical CNC Saw-Horizontal CNC SawWe supported production with the cut metal parts.
