• Cross-functional role working across multiple departments including sales, marketing, procurement, technical, operations and packaging within a FMCG environment.• Supporting the Commercial Director and sales team to drive business growth, profitability and manage customer relationships.• Overseeing innovation and managing New Product Development (NPD) projects to implement strategy and drive growth with new and existing customers. • Analysing and forecasting sales taking into consideration of seasonal trends, NPD and range changes.• Reviewing existing customers against the market and making recommendations to improve their current range taking into consideration of the competitive landscape and the customers’ vision and focus. • Working closely with the Senior Account Manager to manage the UK retail customer accounts, present and secure NPD and new opportunities.

• Implementing innovative ideas to support B2B and B2C sales and brand awareness in line with the marketing strategy.• Completing meaningful research projects, exploiting opportunities for new and existing business.• Developing an interaction plan with the sales team for existing customers of seasonal and operational changes internally to provide an excellent service.

• Updating the transport job ledger and planning routes for deliveries.• Reviewing logistics and making cost saving recommendations.
