Working in a technical capacity across the company’s global portfolio of multiple commodities, deposit styles, and regions. Principle focus is uranium, but other commodites worked on include gold, copper, REEs, lithium, and nickel. * Due diligence of assets for acquisition and development, including analysis of historical data to determining the prospectively of properties. * Preparation of news releases and investor/technical presentations, disseminating information for a wide variety of audiences with varying technical knowledge/interest. * Coordinating and outlining exploration across the company's portfolio, with special reference to the company’s unconformity-related uranium projects.

Greenfield Exploration, GIS and technical anlaysis in support of a new UK based project generation company.

Acted as a geologist with a small consultancy in the North East of England, working on various mineral-related, GIS and geotechnical/environmental projects. This provided me with a broad base of applicable skills developed within a client-focused organisation. Mining / Exploration• Designing and implementing sampling procedures (including drilling, soil, and stream sediment sampling) and interrogation of results for Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) purposes.• Drillhole logging, mineralogical analysis, and identification. Mapping and target identification. • Due Diligence of assets, identification of weaknesses and strengths via cost, benefits, and risk analysis.• Research and presentation on minerals industry topics. Geographic Information Systems and Geostatistics• Leading GIS implementation in a small consultancy, across mining and geoenvironmental fields. • Competent user of ArcGIS, beginner user of QGIS and Geosoft Target for ArcGIS and handling of large datasets, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), data manipulation and processing.• Analysis and interpretation of laboratory results,• Problem solving and educating / mentoring other staff. This work was undertaken in the North Midlands Region of Ireland, co-managing a campaign sampling soils from rural and urban settings as part of the ‘Tellus Program’ National Geochemical Baseline Survey to identify areas of mining prospectively, environmental risk and agricultural development.Skills Applied: Project Management • Ensuring the smooth running of a major soil sampling program and maintaining an efficient, well-motivated team through successful project and scientific support (geological/geochemical)• Training, mentoring and managing of junior team members. • Liaising with government agencies, landowners and the public to gain access to land and ensure a positive image of the survey. • Improving efficiency through careful project management and identification of opportunities.
