Performance Management Manager
CurrentManagement Information:• Oversee and maintain full MI suite for UKFS Consulting – ensuring consistency, quality, and single sources of data.• Manage and produce weekly UKFS Consulting management dashboard including provision and sourcing of key metrics.• Guide and support other FS Consulting operations functions in development of MI and reporting. • Manage offshore resource and identify efficiencies in MI production and delivery.Stakeholder management and analysis:• Lead weekly discussion of performance dashboard at Trading Performance committee with Operations and Finance.• Test and troubleshoot data points to ensure accuracy of information and KPIs.• Identify performance trends and escalate issues where appropriate.• Provide data insights and recommendations to key business stakeholders.Design and innovation:• Identify system limitations and create innovative solutions to implement reports (leverage available technology).• Build reports to exact specification and design requirements – including conceptual prototypes.• Identify, create, and facilitate process design flows by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level.• Drive innovation and recommend enhancements to FS Consulting reports in response to broader systems transformation.
