In this roll I have an overall responsibility for overseeing all technical matters throughout the business and managing medium to large fire & security projects.I have a full oversight of and provide support to the installation Engineers and service department at all levels, including office, site-based staff and all contractors.I also oversee all technical matters associated with our in-house Alarm Receiving Centre along with our numerous product suppliers.

My responsibilities during this role were:- To provide great Customer service to deliver sales.- To actively listen to Customers, understand what they need and explain the features and benefits in a way the Customer will understand and to sell products to Customers which meet their needs.- ensure that the Tech Support team serve customers at all times.-I ensure that the Tech Support team follow the correct Electrical Returns process, to prevent the company from loosing money.- ensure that schedules are up to date and accurate for team members shifts.- I code the exceptions (Overtime) correctly and on time to minimise pay queries.
