I am a Former retail sales manager at Petland, Inc. (USA), I oversaw the sales floor operations and ensured the highest level of customer satisfaction. I have over six years of experience in this role and have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I also have a certification in law enforcement, which I obtained in 2022 after graduating at the top of my class from George Stone Technical College.My passion for helping people and animals motivated me to pursue a career as a police officer, but I realized that it was not the best fit for me. I returned to Petland, where I could apply my skills and knowledge to positively impact the lives of our customers and their furry friends. I enjoyed coaching our staff. I negotiated sales, assisted customers, tracked inventory, and filled any and every role when necessary.I left the pet industry in 2024 and took on a career with Hancock Whitney as a Universal Banker. I acquire, manage, and retain meaningful relationships with clients using a consultative sales and service approach to proactively fulfill their financial needs. I assist clients with banking transactions including depositing funds, withdrawing funds, opening accounts, and ensuring sound banking practices that maximize their financial goals.
