o Individual contributor role, providing pre- and post-sales technical support to HighRes’ UK sales lead, ensuring clarity in complex subject matter that provided the Sales Lead the knowledge and confidence to maximise any sales opportunities.o Contributed to technical analysis and pitching phase for the world’s largest uHTS project at the time at a global pharmaceutical company.o Stepped into the install and commissioning of robotic systems at UK sites when required.

The Automation Quality Control SIG provides a forum for discussion of topics relating to optimizing performances of laboratory instrumentation. The objective is to encourage development of procedures that should be of interest to instrument vendors and practitioners alike.

As part of the Automation and Core Screening team, this position required extensive knowledge of a range of automation equipment and associated software to allow delivery of high quality automated solutions and screening results to the Bioscience department.o Delivery and optimisation of a wide range of automation protocols for project users, providing formal training and support both internally and externally.o Delivery of novel compound storage solution to entire department, improved compound integrity and data quality.o Modification of existing screening cascades to improve efficiency e.g. multi target selectivity data.o Co-chair of the society for Biomolecular Sciences Automation Quality Control Interest. Organised and presented at annual meetings, to encourage sharing of best practice for life science laboratory automation.
