Increased new design/construction services to banks and credit unions in the Mid-Atlantic region through cold calling, networking, and relationship building. Marketed retailer's surplus space to banks and credit unions for in-store or free-standing branch locations.

Opened new territories including New York and increased market share in Pennsylvania and New Jersey yielding $2 million in additional annual revenue. This growth also resulted in the continued market share expansion to include all of New England. Managed business development with over 50 banks and credit unions, taking relationship from initial discussions to agreement to utilize the services of Data Search. Grew relationship with American General Finance to become their primary vendor for title/settlement services in my assigned territory. Negotiated lease agreements for acquiring office space and operator support space nationwide. Negotiated contracts and managed construction of newly acquired office and operator support space. Negotiated new leases, lease renewals, lease termination, lease database development and operation for 45 nationwide locations. Managed the day to day property management functions for all locations including corporate headquarters. Worked with real estate broker community to dispose of surplus real estate through sublease arrangements and lease terminations and buyouts.

Coordinated the efforts of Branch Administration and Administrative Services Division in determining sites for new branch development. Negotiated the terms for all real estate lease agreements and purchase contracts. Managed lease administration and property management functions for 200 leased/owned branch locations and approximately 1.2 million square feet of office space. Functioned as landlord for space under corporate control. Responsible for budget preparations for rent and property management costs for all facilities owned and leased by the corporation. Worked with real estate appraisers to make sure all real estate tax assessments for property owned by MNC Financial were accurate. Audited all requests from landlords for rent increases to insure compliance with lease terms.
