Quick thinking and excellent communication skills are a must because when dealing with stressed customers you must make sure you are calm, well-spoken and polite even if clients and even other staff used offensive language and actions. I also demonstrate my ability at timekeeping and responsibility, being trustworthy is of particular importance when putting on the tills because you are dealing with money and on some occasion’s confidential information.
