My main responsibilities include:- Managing new and existing devices within the school by keeping them up to date, organised and clean (due to COVID-19).- Solving issues that staff may have with devices or network connections day to day.- Managing the school’s asset database my making sure it’s up to date and organised, by removing devices that no longer exist as well as adding new ones. - Enrolling mobile devices provided by Rhondda Cynon Taf onto the school’s domain. These will then be issued to less fortunate pupils during the pandemic should they require them.- Taking any opportunity to learn new skills from the schools IT Manager in order to further my knowledge of computer networking.

Led a team of 5 data entry clerks responsible for data cleansing over 2000-word documents for import into a relational database (Microsoft Access) for a large-scale surveying project for Hereford Hospital. I used my computing skills learned in university to make the process as efficient as possible saving the company hundreds of hours of manual labour costs.
