I was working for Stow Recreation for four years as a head counselor. It has taught me how to lead a group of people as well as communicate between all my fellow counselors to get the best experience for the campers. The ages of the children I would look after ranged from 4 years old to 15 years old. This has helped me become able to work in stressful environments as I was always running around keeping track of all of the kids while also staying on schedule.
