Implemented online and in-store marketing and advertising strategies which resulted in reaching individual sales goals as well as company wide goal within our district that led to us outcompeting a stores in England and in the Republic of Ireland. These strategies allowed us to process at least £2000/day in the off season and up to £33,000 during holidays seasons leading to 3-5% annual growth for our store on average. I was employed to make sure customers were able to process their needs as and when they were required in a friendly and timely manner. The contract required me to become familiar with the till systems and to be able to amend any technical or mechanical problems that may occur. Evening shifts also required me to count all monies from every till in store and record profits before being sent to head office. Customer complaints were also a daily issue that required dealing with potentially angry or difficult customers in a manner which resulted in them leaving satisfied and happy with our service. The final duty included security. It was paramount for every employee to be aware of every customers activity in the event of suspicious behaviour being displayed. If they did, security and the appropriate authorities were notified discretely and immediately.
