My role as Migration Manager has given me a vast array of experience. I have learned to develop great relationships with high-value clients of the bank while aiding them in their migration from an old legacy platform to a brand new treasury solutions platform. I have gained experience in project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and gaining exposure to both agile and kanban project methodologies. Some of these projects included the training of sales and customer service teams, facilitating customer experience testing for a release of the platform, and presenting to leadership on varying deliverables and reporting metrics.

The start of an early career at Bank of the West started while an intern still in college and I have held three positions ever since. During my time as an intern I gained extensive knowledge in payment services, a suite of digital adoption tools to ensure a smooth customer experience, and client relations. I wanted to take full advantage of this opportunity and truly did. I was able to develop meaningful relationships with not only colleagues but clients as well. Additionally, I pushed myself to take on more responsibility and was able to join an additional team to play a key role in developing content to help inform and train new or existing customer on the banks new platform. I learned so much and the knowledge and experience I gained from this amazing internship has followed me into my role with Bank of the West now.
