Design makes me tick.A 9-year-old me began creating artwork for classmates in elementary school in exchange for quarters for the gumball machine. That's when I first learned that art could simultaneously be self-rewarding, beneficial to others, and financially serving. Over the path of my life, art has extended to design, and design is, undoubtedly, an art form. To create is to design; all creation has some goal. I create to express my feelings, I create to communicate a point, I create to speak for those who do not have the proper devices about them to do it for themselves. To me, being a designer means being a master of communication. To master communication, you must believe in it, and as a designer, I understand the beauty of communication and that it is the cornerstone of humanity.This drive for communication and passion for art has brought me to my career. I am proud to say that I am doing something that I love; the very thing that gives me life.My personality is built on loyalty, positivity, and energy. My technical design specialties include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, as well as strong design principles and typographical employment.I am eager to continue creating for others and intend to forge my career around that enthusiasm.
