I was a full time contracted personal trainer at Bodyworx Hokitika. Whilst I assisted in all aspects of the gyms day to day running my primary focus was my clients. Being a small town on the Westcoast of New Zealand I was presented with the opportunity to have a expansive pool of clients. This would range from obesity to joint problems, mental disabilities to body building, anorexia to rugby training, physical disabilities to wanting to look good. This allowed me to expand my knowledge as a personal trainer and to establish my weakness and strength and improve on them. Although I did not pursue this as a career in the UK I still take the time to write customized training programs for clients in both the UK and New Zealand.
