I have been given the opportunity to volunteer my time at the central England law centre. This is a pro-bono law clinic which focuses its efforts in housing, specifically dealing with evictions, applications for housing to the council and homelessness. I am receiving training to advise clients on a number of housing issues.

Lead shifts at AMC restaurants through effective people management and positioning to achieve store targets in line with; Labour targets, Order End Present End and customer satisfaction measured through surveys. -Provide an excellent customer experience managing food production and reinforcing customer service procedures.-Provide and safe and secure workplace for crew.-Ensure food safety standards are followed.-Deal with Concerns from crew and customers confidentially and appropriately regarding a range of issues. -Review labour and staff levels based on sale projection and scheduling.-Produce comprehensive shift reports in line with objectives and targets hit on shift.

Crew trainer , in this role I was expected to support the management team, managing small areas to help meet the targets of the store as well as train new staff members being hired to the the company standard, ensuring top tier knowledge of basic food safety, health and safety and procedural systems around the store.
