Techstars Sports Accelerator was founded in 2019 to bring 10 early stage, high growth sports tech companies to Indianapolis to help with three things: hiring, strategy and fundraising with the goal of scaling and growing each company.Led NCAA Student-Athlete and NBA 2K Creator Acquistion for Curastory while working directly with the CEO and Head of Customer Success.Created a Name, Image and Likeness database of over 330 schools including University deals, prohibitions, and where NCAA Student-Athletes can monetize. Developed calculation reports for 52 clients using wages, supplies, and contract research to determine the amount of Qualified Research Expenditures, managed lead generation through Salesforce database, and supported McGuire Sponsel with routine tasks and assisted in recruitment process.

Supervised 30 Junior tournaments with a total of 525 junior players and traveled extensively to 29 courses. Roles included coordinating tournament set-up, including tee times, pairings, scorecards, and registration, officiating on-course rulings and field service for both adults and youth, and logging event results in tournament databases.

Designed and implemented weekly schedule, activities, and programming for a group of 12 campers. Roles included organizing and leading group activities with farm animals, crafts, games, and swimming, communicating with parenting regarding participant experiences and expectations.
