I am responsible for the management of all social media channels, photography, and videography for the 1000 mile bike packing race across Scotland. I also deputise for the Race Director. During the race it is an extremely hands-on role. I get to know the racers on a personal level allowing me to document their experience accurately. Each day is incredibly different, as it requires being in multiple locations for filming, being on call 24 hours a day for rider safety, and being able to adapt plans at a moments notice. Outwith these two weeks I perform my duties remotely.

Managing the bar of an award winning one-hatted restaurant at the heart of the Wellington community. An incredibly busy venue with a stellar reputation, my role was focused on the day-to-day running of the bar. With over 500 offerings within the drinks menu and typically being the sole bartender on site, this role required extensive product knowledge and extreme efficiency to ensure the highest standards of customer service were met.
