I was working in software industry over 10 years. I work as an QA engineer in a team as beginning of my test career, with more professional test skills and more knowledge to build a test team and quality assurance process. I start to management the test team in past three years, with the past three management experiences that make me learned more management skills to work with team and coordinate with other to make the product successful. The biggest archiving of the team was build up the team successfully transition to Agile. Make the team have the ability to deliver more valuable features to customer in agility.
