Duties • Participate and contribute to the project Initiation/Planning/execution of projects and integration with all delivery partners. • To ensure that the Business Strategy align with Group Projects to avoid duplication.• Support the monthly project benefits tracking with the Product Head and CFO to determine the realization of project benefits. • Ensure accurate and high-quality daily review and update of all projects.• Support Executive sponsor with setting-up and facilitating weekly WorkCo’s and monthly SteerCo’s, • Responsible to ensure that budget spend stays within the approved Journey Cost.• Manage the initiation of projects and ensure that this is adequately set up to be delivered by the full value chain (locked in resourcing, financing, business requirements and business cases). • Manage with the build teams, the resolution of the main ‘blockers’ that impedes on the delivery of projects.• Manage project critical paths and ensure the operational readiness is fully approved before going live.• Work with business teams proactively to enable future project conceptualization inclusive of: a Business Case, effort estimation and resource commitments that can be considered to enable reaching the business growth / aspiration targets as per the STP/MTP.• Engage in various team engagements and coach/mentor team members.• Perform peer reviews to ensure the delivery of quality projects which meet the requirements of Assurance/Audit etc.• Contribute to the overall improvement of EB Change Management through better processes / systems / infrastructure / people resources / Culture• Have regular engagements with stakeholders that are close / important for the delivery of projects and ensure the management of expectations
