Including but not limited to:Industrial access policy inquiry;Assist foreign companies to conduct legal prudential investigations on Chinese partners and draft and/or review relevant cooperation agreements;Providing Chinese legal advice on foreign companies' business models in China;Assist foreign companies to establish, change and cancel various kinds of business presence in Liaoning Province, including but not limited to foreign companies' representative offices in China, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises, partnerships, venture capital enterprises, equity investment enterprises, investment companies, regional headquarters, etc., draft or review relevant legal documents;Provide advice on government approval, filing and registration and other regulatory matters and assist in handling relevant procedures;Draft and/or review business cooperation agreements, distribution agreements, supply agreements, procurement contracts, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements and other daily business contracts, and participate in negotiations as instructed by customers;Analyze and answer all kinds of legal problems encountered in the daily operation of foreign-invested enterprises, establish and improve the governance structure and modern enterprise system of foreign-invested enterprises;To assist foreign investors and foreign-invested enterprises in handling disputes and disputes before litigation and arbitration;To deal with the legal affairs of the merger, division, reorganization, withdrawal, layoff, dissolution and liquidation of foreign-invested enterprises;Provide legal advice and training support for hot legal issues in daily operation of foreign-invested enterprises.
