I started working as an expo and within four months was promoted to the front of the house. While bartending, we helped lead our guests to navigate an extensive menu of USDA prime cuts, as well as Japanese Wagyu steaks, and seafood. I was part of a team that produced hand crafted cocktails from our menu along with industry favorites. I was fortunate to have access to a world class wine menu that was selected for The Wine Spectator Grand Award.

Started as a night server, and within six months was asked to supervise the dinner shifts and be the lead server. I managed 10-14 team members every evening while we provided our guests with a relaxed, casual atmosphere that served many regulars and new guests with an often updated menu. My favorite part of this experience was providing training and education to our new team members just breaking into the industry.
