As a licensed CPA with prior Big 4 firm experience at Deloitte & Touche, I am also experienced within multi-national, multi-billion dollar Blue-chip Fortune 500 firms. I have also served as a market leader in the life sciences industry for an international professional services firms where I have served medical device, biotech and clinical research companies on a national basis.I have held critical accounting roles engaged in technical accounting research and accounting policy coupled with SEC reporting. I am knowledgeable in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS. My key areas of strength include compiling Accounting Research Memorandums for complex business transactions and conveying the conclusions into financial statement footnotes, which ensure the integrity of financial reporting.One of the highlights of my professional career was being selected to serve as a committee member of the AICPA's Financial Reporting Executive Committee (FinREC) from 2010 - 2014.
