Crossover Ministries International is a 501(c)3 non profit organization and was founded in 1989 by Executive Director, Jack Eason. Jack felt called to start a ministry that encouraged, equipped, and enriched the lives of people; and through the years Crossover has taken many forms to do just that. We have reached out to students and young adults through radio, television, and camps all over the country. Now, the Lord has turned our focus to enriching the lives of families in the Third World. With a partnership with the Cups of Cold Water Project spearheaded by Mike Williams, CMI's mission is even more focused.When Mike Williams went on a trip to the Dominican in 2008, his heart was changed and he was challenged not just to ask God to do something, but to be the SOMEONE who did something. Soon after, he invited Jack Eason to come see the work of the mission.God has allowed us to enrich the lives of people all over the world. We are so thankful that we have the privilege to serve God. We are excited to see what the Lord will do in and through this ministry. We thank all of our friends and partners all over the world who support us prayerfully and financially.

Worship Leader

Associate Pastor of Students2003-2006This position was also a result of a phone call requesting my services. The church was without a pastor or a youth pastor and needed an interim youth pastor while they searched fro the full time pastor. I stayed until they called their pastor. He and I hit it off and worked extremely well together. He asked me stay on as interim. I stayed for another year while they interviewed potential youth pastor candidates. During this time, we saw a solid growth with the student ministry, both in numbers, the faith of the students and the student workers. At the end of that year, I was called to be the full time student pastor and served for another year until the pastor left.

After leaving First Baptist Gaffney, I was asked to take a position as an interim music minister. I worked with this church leading worship on Sunday and working with the worship team on Wednesdays until the committee called the full time music minister.

Was requested to work with this church as an interim student minister. I accepted the position and worked with youth leaders and families. The student ministry grew and was organized under my leadership to effectively pass the baton to the new student minister. On the night of his arrival, we literally passed a baton and I walked out of the building. It was truly a beautiful picture. I still go back to visit and work with them on occasion. The same student leader is still there.

Originally worked with this church as part of an interim student ministry team. The three of us stayed three years until the church called their pastor. The worked with the church through some internal struggles. Even through the struggles, the student ministry grew in numbers and in faith.

Led and coordinated all of the student ministry events. Worked with youth leaders and committees to accomplish goals.
