Structuring and documenting complex commercial and real estate financing transactions with a focus on matters involving security interests and collateral; structuring and negotiating inter-creditor agreements; working out problem loans and addressing foreclosure situations involving real estate and personal property collateral; actively resolving disputes arising in real estate and business matters; pursuing provisional remedies such as appointment of a receiver; assessing and pursuing a creditor's rights in bankruptcy.

Via provides services to several thousand disabled kids and adults each year, primarily through respite care and skill development programs at the Via West Campus, a rustic, 13 acre facility in the Cupertino foothills; and screening of pre-school kids at the First Step program in Santa Clara. Via is a great organization!!

Worked at Wells while attending law school and making the shift to a private legal practice.- Responsibilities included loan team management, sourcing, structuring and managing business and real estate loan transactions, including secured corporate loans with borrowing bases. Also worked in Credit Administration focusing on regulatory matters and and developing training programs for lending professionals.
