Current- FM Facility Maintenance - serving 7-Eleven,Area Facility & Capital Project Manager
- Manage day to day activities of contractors who maintain 150 7-Eleven stores in the greater Chicago area.
- Manage the preventative maintenance services on all proprietary 7-Eleven revenue generating equipment, as well as HVAC and general image programs in these stores.
- Exclusively responsible for weekly counseling, and assessment sessions with service contractors, providing KPI data towards performance with goal setting and new performance expectations set.
- Manage the daily activity of fuel service providers in collaboration with 7-Eleven environmental departments, including my portion of tank pulls, as well as sump pump and spill bucket projects.
- Collaborate with 7-Eleven operations department in efforts to remodel stores; adding new or updated interior infrastructure and equipment to trend for sales growth and marketplace consistency upon operations request.
