• Over the past year and half at Kantar Sport (a subsidiary of WPP), I have been responsible a number of different processes in the media evaluation of a number of renowned sports governing bodies, commercial partners and rights holders such as UEFA, IOC, FIFA, Barclays, Liverpool FC, Aviva, The Football League, The FA, Formula One Management.• The role involved the data entry of sponsorship exposure across different platforms (TV, press, and internet) through specialist software, some… Show more • Over the past year and half at Kantar Sport (a subsidiary of WPP), I have been responsible a number of different processes in the media evaluation of a number of renowned sports governing bodies, commercial partners and rights holders such as UEFA, IOC, FIFA, Barclays, Liverpool FC, Aviva, The Football League, The FA, Formula One Management.• The role involved the data entry of sponsorship exposure across different platforms (TV, press, and internet) through specialist software, some specifically in-house (Sports I Database), others universally used within the field of sponsorship analysis (Magellan), using insight from data entry to produce early stage reports for executives and managers to build presentations for clients.• Gained responsibility of monitoring processes for TV, press and internet which included training new members of the media monitoring team.• Correspond with supervisors of outsourced work (in India) to aid in the data collection of high profile projects (UEFA, Premier League and FOM).• Understanding of audience analysis, extracting data and understanding its impact of media value.• Aiding in the production of a marketing project, involving desk research, collaborations with peers on name and design of a quarterly marketing piece to be sent to upsell existing tier one clients (FIFA, IOC, UEFA etc.).• Strong excel skills (formatting, pivots, analysis of data).• Spent a year on a graduate development course, learning valuable and, importantly, transferable skills such as holding difficult conversations, speaking with confidence and presentation skills. • Role involved leading teams of between 3-15 people in the waste management of the London 2012 Olympic Games tennis event held at the AELTC venue, and in 2013 the Wimbledon Championships.• Responsibilities involved changing all external bins within the complex, liaising with external contractors in the management of the waste disposal and being in constant contact with my managers to ensure the job was completed quickly and efficiently.• I excelled in the management of the… Show more • Role involved leading teams of between 3-15 people in the waste management of the London 2012 Olympic Games tennis event held at the AELTC venue, and in 2013 the Wimbledon Championships.• Responsibilities involved changing all external bins within the complex, liaising with external contractors in the management of the waste disposal and being in constant contact with my managers to ensure the job was completed quickly and efficiently.• I excelled in the management of the teams I was given, ensuring all responsibilities were dealt with despite difficulties, culminating in my progression from a Night Housekeeper for the Wimbledon 2012 Championships to promotion and achieving an employee of the championships award during the London 2012 Olympic Games as a Team Leader.• Continued work with the company at Twickenham Rugby Stadium in similar role.
