I am a Qualified Chartered Accountant currently working as an Assistant Manager with Deloitte Ireland LLP. I graduated from the University of Limerick in 2019 with a first class honours degree in Business Studies and Accounting. I completed my training contract with Deloitte from December 2020 to June 2024. During this time I developed both my accounting and audit skills. This was achieved through being part of large and small audit teams for large multinational companies and smaller local enterprises.I worked as an Audit Senior in Deloitte in the Consumer Technology Business department from 2023 to 2024. This role involved liaising with the audit team and client management to ensure the audit was completed efficiently. The majority of the clients I worked with were in the Medical Technologies, Pharmaceuticals, Professional Services and Construction industries, among others. This was a highly technical role involving daily application of financial reporting and auditing standards such as FRS 102, FRS 101, IFRS, and ISA (Ireland). I can work independently or part of a larger team. I have strong analytical and problem solving skills. I’m hardworking, enthusiastic and open to all learning opportunities to further advancing my accounting career.
