Vice president (Board of Directors) of a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Florida Keys historical trust. Mission: Enrich the lives of Florida Keys residents and visitors by providing them with the region's history, artifacts, photographs, and other historically significant resources. Vision: Preserve and conserve the Irving R. Eyster Collection of South Florida and Keys anthropological artifacts and document archives. Build and operate the 'Irving R. Eyster Museum of Florida Keys History' to house and display the colection and to provide educational resources to the public about the region's history and culture.

Responsible for the Accounts Payable function at a restaurant holding company that owned and operated two top-grossing dining establishments in a vibrant tourist destination. Designed, developed and maintained a "key suppliers' pricing" MIS (management information system). Application tracked and reported on four national vendors' weekly prices for relevant food and non-food supplies - to support chefs' buying decisions and GM's volume and seasonal pricing negotiations. Also performed online supplier sourcing and ad hoc (or infrequent) buying of restaurant equipment, goods and services. Maintained a database of suppliers.
