Leads the assessment of market trends, suppliers and products with the goal of improving sourcing strategies for medicines, supplies and other products as requested by the US Agency of International Development for their Global Health Supply Chain Project. Act as the Intermarket Marketing Promotional Assistant by authoring all new Canadian innovation and renovation product launches through internal project collaboration and research tools. Oversee the end-to-end process of new projects from marketing ideation and business needs to vendor selection and final plant production plans. Manage third party copacking processes for all Canadian and US Treats merchandising. Work cross-functionally and with third party vendors to transition Canadian merchandising from legacy processes to NPPC North American display forecasting systems and standard operating procedures. Achieved $4.3 million CAD in additional 2019 merchandising gross sales by approving and rush producing displays submitted through late estimates outside of standard sales forecasting required lead times. Continuously provide process improvement initiatives to Canadian merchandising to achieve unrecognized cost savings such as reducing residual display inventory (average monthly savings of $7,260), requiring outbound loads be double stacked (estimated annual savings of $77,000), and moving copacking production to US facilities and corrugate vendors (estimated savings upwards of $45,000 per production run of a single display). Identified new pallet configuration designs for US Beggin’ with $100k potential savings in annual case pick.

Generate forecast for 1,200 Private Brands Cereal materials across three categories using inputs from sales partners, supply planning, and statistical modeling. Collaborate with brand and finance on monthly and annual consensus volumes to finalize volume mix.Diagnose errors due to customer volume changes and production capacity constraints and apply associated improvements to future accuracy. Lead cross functional supply chain and business development teams to determine warehouse network efficiencies for customer’s shipping, co-manufacturing, and production locations. Work with inventory analysts and sales partners to identify and mitigate items at risk for aging inventory.

Support over 100 Customer Service Coordinators and Managers on 8 different Order Management Teams through daily reporting and adhoc gap analysis solutions.Responsible for the cost saving analytics and auditing of ConAgra's Bracket Pricing Structure and the Direct from Plant Shipment Program, a $27 million dollar annual savings program.

Worked in the Data Management Organization during the Summer of 2011, creating a Data Dictionary for the SAP software system for ConAgra's three main material masters: direct materials, semi-finished, and finished goods. This is meant to be a one stop shop for all data utilized by the organization and can now be used as a reference tool.Moved to the Network Operations team in January of 2012 contributing to much of the team's supply chain reporting and research, such as the DPS Program and Bracket Pricing Structures. Other projects include auditing the company's retail pricing exception records and creating an actionable scorecard for the order and cost savings data of the Order Fulfillment Managers.Moved to the National Orders Account in January of 2013 working mainly with Target and Publix distribution centers to streamline their ordering and reporting processes.
