I was responsible for all client delivery across employee wellbeing strategy, research and training, as well as setting and implementing our product & online platform development strategy. I led a multi-functional team of Consultants, Facilitators, Coaches Analysts, IT Developers and Project Support staff delivering industry leading programmes and initiatives for UK private & public sector clients.
