Looking after up to 110 staff and making sure they are all working safely and efficiently. Making sure the targets are all in working order. Organising and making sure everyone's hours are written down and handed to the office to insure that they are paid correctly.

• The venue had the capacity with the external temporary bars of approximately 3000. This meant my role was to ensure that the logistics of the staffing levels per bar, as well as the correct stock based on the schedule.
