I have over 8 years of experience in community advocacy, specialising in youth engagement, and more than 6 years of entrepreneurial experience in launching and managing community-focused initiatives. As the founder of Bega Valley ECHO, I have applied my entrepreneurial skills to create a platform that empowers local ideas and facilitates sustainable change. Previously, I collaborated with organisations like the Social Justice Advocates of the Sapphire Coast, where I am now Co-Convenor of the Youth Group. Additionally, I serve as Co-Facilitator of Youth Feedback for the NSW Department of Education, working to influence policies that impact young people. My background in entrepreneurship has taught me strategic project management, business development, and the value of community partnerships. These experiences have allowed me to hone my skills in grant writing, public speaking, project coordination, and digital media—skills I apply daily to make ECHO a driver of positive community impact.
