-Designed 25 tools/fixtures in Solidworks, enhancing safety and efficiency of manufacturing tasks-Executed 65 engineering change orders, ensuring the continual accuracy of drawings-Conducted setup, breakdown and maintenance of Markforged and Formlabs 3D printers-Executed tolerance stack-ups on components, guaranteeing compliance with top-level requirements-Conducted finite element analysis using Solidworks Simulation to validate component strength-Reverse-engineered tooling without prints to ensure future manufacturability-Utilized design for manufacturability to ensure tooling could be easily and efficiently machined
