Currently assisting Viterra provide first contact technical support includes New Zealand and Australia empolyee.Handle incoming IT Service Desk phone calls and resulting quires, incidents and service requests.Resolve incident within certain timeframe.

Decommision Desktops, Laptop, Mac and printers.Reimage students, staffs profile and redeploy to new commission assets.

My daily duties included:• Handle incoming IT Service Desk phone calls and resulting quires, incidents and service requests.• Logging all phones calls and email from customer into call logging system, ensuring that correct categories and priorities are set.• Provide face to face support include internal and external staff includes software application, hardware and network conductivities.• Allocation of work request to appropriate technical teams.• Escalation of incidents to the IT Service Operations Team Leader/manager where necessary.• Follow-up of overdue work request with customers.• Ensure that Change Control and Outage notifications are distributed and updated as required.• Reimaging Windows Operating System including laptop and desktop system.• Create new users LAN and RSA access.• Modify user access or disable users account. • Group email or Distributions list creations.

Provide technical support includes Australia and New Zealand users.

Working with multiple team includes Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), CBA Broker, Caltex, Tabcorp Australia and SAG team in Service Desk Support Officer. Support all technical issue includes hardware and software applications include CBA quoting softwares - Writeaway and COLA. Received multiple outstanding customer award for individual delivery of Service Excellency with Commonwealth Bank and Commonwealth Broker.
